The new plan was developed by YSR Prime Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy to provide better water among state farmers. As state farmers rely heavily on natural water sources but due to the severe drought, it is not possible to use natural groundwater. The main purpose of launching the program is to provide free water resources.

Introduced YSR JalaKala Scheme
YSR Prime Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch the YSR Jala Kala Scheme on Monday, 4 October 2021. The government will dig borewells for free to provide a profit among the country’s small and medium farmers for irrigation. The project will help bring five hectares of land under subsistence farming. About 300 000 farmers will benefit from this program. The Prime Minister will spend Rs. 2,340 crores in 4 years.

The Honorable YSR Prime Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday 14 July has asked officials to prepare a plan for the construction of dam buildings near the bridges. The premier said it was a respected program that would assist farmers in irrigation.
These dams will be built on small rivers across the state so that water can be stored 3 to 4 feet below ground under the YSR Jala Kala Scheme. It will also help to charge groundwater levels. It is expected that the App will soon be prepared for the successful implementation of dams near bridges.

YSR Free Borewell Scheme Implementation
The process for the implementation of the YSR Free Borewell Scheme is as follows:

- Owners of farms who do not have piercing and combined areas of 2.5 education categories are eligible to apply.
- All interested applicants can apply using online and offline methods.
- Most important will be given to a few farmers.
- Groundwater reviews will be conducted by boring contractors.
- Work will begin with the approval of Management.
- The enhanced image will be taken by authorities with a geo label.
- The relevant authority will take the measurement depth of the brewery.
- If the first borehole is short, the second will be broken.
- Payment will be made by government to contractors.
- Regional collectors will guide participants in the implementation of the YSR Jala Kala Scheme.

• Government employees and retired employees are not eligible to apply under the YSR Jala kala Scheme.
• The farmer must have at least two and a half hectares of land. If they do not have so much land they are not eligible to apply.
• To dig another well, hydro geological research is required
• A second brewery will be mined under the direction of MPDO, DWAMA APD.
• 10% of mine tests will be done by the quality control department.
